This image was produced for presentation to the town zoning board, showing a proposal to subdivide a large lot. One of the 6 houses in the proposal is visible.

This project used High Dynamic Range (HDRI) site photography to produce an accurate representation of the lighting conditions. This representation was then used to light the 3D model for extremely realistic results.
